Learning to meditate can help us achieve focus and feel happier, healthier, and more ready to tackle the day.

2. Try Garlic And Honey
Garlic and honey might sound like a strange thing to incorporate into the diet, but the benefits are worth it. This is because it can reduce blood pressure, lower the risk of cancer and heart disease, and also help manage the symptoms of many problematic illnesses of aging such as BPH, infections, and arthritis.

3. Consider Skipping Breakfast
It may sound counter-intuitive, but a large number of high performers actually skip breakfast, especially as they age. It will certainly help lose weight. Think about it this way; when we eat a lot of food, we often feel sluggish for a while after, right? By skipping breakfast, we can have a much more productive morning. Please only consider doing this under the approval of a certified healthcare professional and be sure to eat healthy for the rest of the day!

4. Stay Hydrated
It is extremely important to stay hydrated, especially as we age. Having too little fluids will certainly drain one of energy, and it may be surprising just how much energy can be gained by achieving adequate fluid levels.

5. Exercise Regularly
Regular exercise is one of the easiest ways to feel good throughout the day. This is because exercise releases a "feel good" chemical known as endorphins. Been down in the dumps lately? Just try incorporating 25-35 minutes of moderately-active exercise 4 days a week into your routine. The benefits are enormous.
